NOTE:

Your package might be lost, stolen, or damaged while being delivered. Insurance is not mandatory, but we always recommend our customers to choose this plan as the delivery men often leave the package in your mailbox/front yard, which is more likely to be stolen.

    All products are made to order. Processing takes approximately 3–10 business days, depending on the product category, and is separate from shipping time.

    For Australian orders, estimated transit after dispatch is 15–20 business days with Economy or Standard Shipping and 7–15 business days with Expedited Shipping. Orders of A$300 or more qualify for free Expedited Shipping. A A$40 remote-area surcharge may apply to expedited deliveries.

    International shipping is available to supported destinations. Import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply and are generally the customer’s responsibility.

    Return & Warranty

    Returns, Refunds & Replacements

    If your product arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery. After verification, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

    Approved returns must generally be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns, but they remain eligible for review if defective or incorrectly made.
