Please note that all international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. The item prices and shipping costs displayed at checkout do not include any import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges that may apply in your country.

Customer Responsibility

Any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict, control, or cover these fees.

Unpaid Customs & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us because the recipient refuses to pay the required customs fees, import duties, taxes, or clearance charges, a refund may be issued after the returned package is received and processed.

In this case, the refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 30% restocking/handling fee to cover return processing and related costs.
