Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vibe Hoodie Shop. Please review our shipping policies and delivery timeframes before placing your order. All of our items are made-to-order and shipped directly from our overseas fulfillment centers.

1. Order Processing Time

Processing time is required to custom-make, inspect, and package your items. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Apparel: 3–5 business days
  • Accessories: 5–7 business days
  • Footwear: 5–10 business days
  • Home Decor: Bedding, quilts, and similar items: 5–10 business days

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times for Australia

Once your order has been processed, shipping time will apply. We offer the following shipping options for delivery to Australia:

  • Economy Shipping: $4.99 AUD, estimated delivery within 15–20 business days
  • Standard Shipping + Insurance: $14.99 AUD, estimated delivery within 15–20 business days
  • Expedited Shipping + Insurance: $29.99 AUD, estimated delivery within 7–15 business days

Remote Areas in Australia: Deliveries to certain remote postal codes may incur a $40 AUD surcharge for expedited shipping. This surcharge will be automatically calculated at checkout. If you prefer to avoid this surcharge, please select Standard or Economy shipping via Australia Post.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally, including to the EU, UK, Canada, and other supported countries. Shipping rates and delivery times for countries outside of Australia are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Estimated international delivery times may vary depending on the destination, selected shipping method, customs processing, and local carrier conditions.

Please note that international orders, especially those shipped via express couriers such as DHL, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Expedited Shipping Guarantee

If you paid for Expedited Shipping and your item is not delivered within the estimated 7–15 business day transit window, excluding processing time, we will refund your expedited shipping fee.

To request a refund for the expedited shipping fee, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

This guarantee does not apply to orders that qualified for Free Expedited Shipping.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

6. Delays & Exceptions

Although we do our best to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Delayed Orders: If you have not received your order within 45 days from the purchase date, please contact our Customer Support team so we can review your case and provide a suitable solution, which may include a full refund or replacement.

Shipping Restrictions: We can deliver to PO Boxes via Economy or Standard shipping. However, Expedited Shipping is not available for PO Boxes. We do not deliver to APO/FPO addresses.

Multiple Addresses: We cannot split a single order to ship to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery destination.
