However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have simply changed your mind, please be aware that we do accept returns and offer a partial refund of the total.

Customer changed their mind: Returns will not be processed for items the customer decided they no longer want.

Customer ordered the wrong size or color: We strongly recommend customers carefully consult the size chart to ensure a proper fit and select the correct color. If the customer orders the wrong size or color, we will be unable to accept the return.

Customer damaged the item: In cases where the customer has damaged the item, we cannot accept the return.

Delivery time: Returns will not be accepted if the items were delivered within the specified time frame.
