Within the first 07 days since the order is delivered, if the product arises with any defect or does not meet your expectations, please reach out to our support team to receive the best after-sales service.
For easy verification, please provide us with some photos (PDF or JPG) of the poor-quality/defective/ wrong products, QR Code or Shipping label on the package. The photo needs to take in good natural light conditions, not photoshop or edit application.
The time for verification is 1 - 3 days since the email is received. We stand behind the quality of our products, any defects or errors on our part will accept to customers return our Product and refund 100% of the purchase price of the Product.
Please note we only accept and provide after-sale service for orders with a return label provided by the customer service.
Firstly, we advise the customer to carefully consider the sizes and materials before buying an order. As our products are 3D printed, the fabric is almost 85% Polyester and 15% Spandex. Thus, we will not provide you with the after-sales if you ordered the wrong size, text or color.
Please understand that the shipping address on the shipping label is just our Logistics center's address. Thus, please do not return to this address because it could get lost and we cannot get it. That means we cannot support the after-sales for these cases.
By the way, you should contact Customer service, we are willing to guide you to return it.
