All items are shipped from our OVERSEAS WAREHOUSE. Shipping time varies based on your chosen method, typically taking 7 to 20 business days. Please review the shipping timeframe before confirming your order.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING SURCHARGE FOR REMOTE AREA

• If shipping to a remote area in Australia, there's a $40 AUD surcharge for expedited shipping.
• If you can't afford the surcharge, consider Australia Post to save on costs.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING REFUND

• If you pay for expedited shipping and don't receive your item within 7-15 business days (excluding processing time), we'll refund the $25 AUD shipping cost.
• To be eligible for a refund, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

EU – UNITED KINGDOM – CANADA CONSUMERS

Orders shipped to the EU, UNITED KINGDOM, AND CANADA via DHL Express may be subject to import taxes and duties determined by customs authorities. Consider switching to standard shipping for cost-effective service with a longer delivery timeframe (typically 5-7 business days).

We offer international shipping with free economy shipping for international orders. Be aware of potential additional taxes and duties in your country.

We cannot deliver to APO/FPO addresses but can accommodate shipments to PO Boxes. Expedited shipping isn't available for PO Boxes.

3. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If your order isn't received within 45 days from the purchase date, contact our Customer Service team for a refund or replacement.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
